Home Efficiency Rebates (HER) and Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates (HEAR) are administered by the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority. Every project is contractor-led, and every dollar depends on documentation that has to be right the first time.
Program terms, eligibility and rebate amounts are set by GEFA and can change under state and federal guidance. Nothing here guarantees a specific rebate — current requirements are published at energyrebates.georgia.gov.
